Plains Accounting Upgrade: Developed the Project Plan for upgrading
a Printing Business's finance application along with the implementation of a
new server. Services coordinated between two vendors. Produced and supplied
network and floor plan diagrams for existing and post-project
Analysis & Audit: Developed the Project Plan and Infrastructure
Design Criteria for an Insurance Data Management firm. Project executed by
Move & Implementation: Produced the Network Recommendations, Project
Charter, Project Plan and Network Diagrams for a new office of a Mutual
Room Re-Location: Prepared a Statement of Work and Cost Estimate for
a Software Development firm. Project executed by partnering firm,
Enterprise Content Management: Evaluated,
selected and managed the implementation of a Web-Based Document Management
System and initiated policies and procedures for content management.
Rollouts: Project Managed
the rollouts of complete Networks, (425 PC’s and 17 Servers), to 17 newly
constructed Long-Term Care Homes from July 2001 through to February 2003, a $1.3mil
Cheques and Payroll Advices to Laser Forms:
Proposed and Managed the conversion of A/P and Payroll Tractor-fed forms to
Laser forms for cost savings.
Project: Managed the Year 2000 compliance and
preparedness initiative, along with all monthly reporting to the provincial
Ministry of Health for 90 Long Term Care facilities.
PC Asset Management: Project Managed implementation of Modem
Upgrades and PC Asset Management for 27 branches of a national bank in
Debit/Credit Card Rollouts: Project Managed
the rollout of approximately 1600 Royal Bank Retail Interac Debit/Credit
card machines across South-Western Ontario. Developed installation and
training schedules for 9 install technicians. Coordinated all activity.
